Our Fork lift loading is free of charge, and we will not be liable for any damage, regardless of fault. It is at your own risk! Loading dock is available. We will Help load your auction items if needed.

A 13% buyer's premium is in effect for this auction, with a 3% discount with cash or company check paid within 4 days.

Viperbid strives to have all auction items in good condition.  If there is a flaw, we try to note this in the description. Sometimes flaws are missed and we apologize for this.  All items are sold "As Is Where Is" will all faults.  NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES - Please bid accordingly.

Inspection Times

No inside viewing at this time. We are able to bring items out to you for inspection.

NOTE: If payment is not made by Friday, credit card on file will automatically be charged for payment.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with all faults.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove:

**IMPORTANT NOTE & REMINDER If for any reason buyers fail to remove any of buyer purchases within the time specified, Viperbid shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - $1 per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Viperbid or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.)
Shipping Options / Information

  **Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs of items purchased.

UPS Shipping is available for purchases under 100 lbs.  $6.00 packaging fee will be charged per box.

    LTL loads can be arranged.  $20 palletizing fee will be charged.

    All Marvel Appliances must be shipped LTL and a $75 crate building fee will be charged PER unit.

Storage Fees / Restocking Fees

Viperbid shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Viperbid or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) Removal period is posted on each sale and may vary from sale to sale.
