Our next auction is scheduled for Monday, December 2nd, 2024. Live bidding opens on Wedneday, November 27th, 2024. CURBSIDE PICK-UP ONLY. NO Inside viewing at this time- we will bring items out to you if you would like to see them. Items will include: Vintage estate sale collector items, Toys, Home Goods, Store Overstock and Store Returns (Though we try to thoroughly check, items could possibly be incomplete/damaged, so please keep that in mind when bidding - as everything sells as is where is with all faults with no warranty), tooling lots, Industrial lots, many lots for the ebayer, plus much, much more. Staff will be on site during operation hours or available by phone to assist with online bidding or questions if needed.

NOTE: all items purchased must be paid for and removed by Friday, December 6th, 2024.

We are available to assist you in loading your auction items.

Our Fork lift loading is free of charge, and we will not be liable for any damage, regardless of fault. It is at your own risk! Loading dock is available

Buyer's Premium Text: 13% BUYERS PREMIUM for each item that sells on this auction. If buyer pays with cash, wire transfer, or business/cashier's check, then we waive 3% of the buyer's premium, which makes it 10%.

Sales Tax:

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales Tax.

If you are claiming tax exemption, please bring an exemption form or we can provide one for you to fill out.

Shipping Options / Information:

UPS Shipping is available for purchases under 100 lbs. $6.00 packaging fee will be charged per box.

LTL loads can be arranged. $20 palletizing fee will be charged.

All Marvel Appliances must be shipped LTL and a $75 crate building fee will be charged PER unit.
